Use of the website

The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don’t warrant that every detail is current or error-free. Specifications, package contents, and pricing may change without notice.

Estimates and contracts

Estimates we issue are valid for 30 days from the date on the estimate unless stated otherwise. All work is performed under a written contract or work order signed by you. The contract, not this page, controls the specific scope, price, and warranty for your job.

Manufacturer warranties

Automatic pool cover components are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties (Cover-Pools, Aquamatic, CoverStar, Pool Cover Specialists, and others). We’ll register your cover and pass through any warranty claim. Our labor warranty is set in your installation or service contract.

Licensing

Priority Electric Inc holds Connecticut electrical license #125699. All electrical and bonding work is performed by or under the supervision of a licensed electrician.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of work we perform is limited to the amount paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These Terms and any service contract are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
