Refund & Return Policy

We aim to make refund and adjustment policies simple and fair. If something isn’t right, call us — we’ll make it right.
Service deposits
Preventive-maintenance packages require a $75 deposit, which we apply against the cost of the visit. If you cancel before we’ve scheduled or staged work, the deposit is fully refundable. If we’ve already begun coordination, the deposit may be retained to cover labor already incurred.
Completed service work
Labor performed on your pool cover — repairs, adjustments, maintenance visits — is non-refundable once completed. If you’re not satisfied with the work, call us within 30 days and we’ll come back to address the issue at no additional labor charge.
Parts
Unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund less a restocking fee. Installed parts cannot be returned. Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered.
New cover installations
New installations are quoted, scheduled, and built specifically for your pool. Deposits and progress payments on a signed installation contract are non-refundable once we’ve begun fabrication or site work. Cancellation terms are set out in your contract.
How to request a refund
Email info@prioritypoolcovers.com or call (860) 827-8504 with your name, the service date or invoice number, and what you’d like adjusted. We’ll respond within two business days.
